The RHYC is based in a stunning clubhouse at Woolverstone, on the banks of the beautiful River Orwell in Suffolk, a few miles east of Ipswich.

We have a busy programme of racing events throughout the year, including several dinghy classes, yacht and cruiser racing and open events.

We also take things rather more sedately at the RHYC, with a programme of cruises, round the Suffolk & Norfolk coast and across the channel.

There is a wide range of interesting and fun social activities going on at the Royal Harwich Yacht Club – its not all about sailing!

We have a full time training manager supported by RYA qualified instructors. We offer a comprehensive range of RYA training courses and our own training

We are always looking for new members. We are a friendly and inclusive club with a fantastic Clubhouse and a busy calendar of social and sailing activities.
